FAA Inspectors and FAAST Managers Training MODULE 1 Introduction 03/10/09 Rev. 1.0 SL-*-FIFMT-1 Module 1 should be presented first. Ensure everyone has a copy of the Module 1 handout, is comfortable, and ready to learn.

FAA Inspectors and FAAST Managers Training MODULE 2 Scenario-Based Training (SBT) 03/16/09 Draft 1.0 SL-*-FIFMT-2 This is module 2 of 4. It should be presented after the introduction (Mod1). Module 2 covers scenario-based training. SBT as it is used here is likely different than what you are use to; that is, SBT is a teaching method that provides enhanced learning opportunities rather than the setting given during an emergency. We will talk about this in this module. SBT is 1 of the 3 tenets of FITS that have shown improved learning. Buckley up and lets begin.
