Chapter 12/13: Evaluation/Decide Framework Evaluation is integral to the design process. It collects information about users or potential users experiences when interacting with a prototype, computer system, a component of a computer system or a design artifact. It focuses on both the usability of the system and on the users experience in using the system. The main reason to do this is designers just like software developers tend to assume that if they can use it then the end customer can also use it, but a developer in their 20’s have different view points from a software product meant for every day use by every day people.
