Northeast Iowa Community College

Northeast Iowa Community College serves the Iowa counties of Allamakee, Chickasaw, Clayton, Fayette, Howard, Winneshiek, Dubuque, and Delaware counties. It also includes sections of Bremer, Buchanan, Jones, Jackson, and Mitchell counties. The college is commonly referred to as NICC. There are two main campuses - Calmar and Peosta. The Peosta campus is 15 miles west of Dubuque. NICC also has a satellite campus in downtown Dubuque.

Chapter One Introduction to Interpersonal Relations Chapter one is titled "Introduction to Interpersonal Relations." As we advance through the presentation for this chapter take the time to note each of the areas or major topics presented as a survey approach. We won't get into many specific details with this overview - but instead think of this chapter as a preview of coming attractions. Well highlight many topics here that will be expanded on in more detail in future chapters.
