جامعة مؤتة (Mu’tah University)

جامعة مؤتة هي جامعة أردنية تم إنشاؤها بقرار ملكي في عام 1981 م وهي جامعة ذات شقين مدني وعسكري. باشر الجناح العسكري أعماله في عام 1984 م، في الموقع الدائم للجامعة في بلدة مؤتة. في عام 1986 م قرر مجلس التعليم العالي إنشاء الجناح المدني. تقع الجامعة في محافظة الكرك على بعد 135 كم جنوب العاصمة الأردنية عمان، وتبعد 12 كم عن قلعة الكرك.
Mu’tah University is based in the Al Karak region of Jordan, it was founded on 22 March 1981 by Royal Decree, to be a national institution for military and civilian higher education.

Tools to probe networks & the Internet are available to users Such tools walk through the Domain Name System (DNS), which stores names/ip-addresses for computers and then use them to tests if a computer is currently online One of the simplest probing tools is a program known as ping: Ex: ping www.netbook.cs.purdue.edu The ping program sends a message to the specified computer and then waits a short time for a response.
