جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية هي إحدى الجامعات الأردنية الحكومية الرائدة في التخصصات العلمية الطب والهندسة. تقع شمال الأردن بالقرب من مدينتي إربد والرمثا. تبعد 70 كم شمال العاصمة عمان و 20 كم شرق إربد و 15 كم جنوبي الرمثا. في البداية كانت الجامعة جزءا تابعا لجامعة اليرموك وفي 1986 م نالت استقلاليتها لتكون مؤسسة للتعليم العالي ومنذ ذلك الوقت شهدت توسعا كبيرا حيث توسعت من 5 كليات إلى 12 كلية في الوقت الحاضر.
The Jordan University of Science and Technology, often abbreviated JUST, is a comprehensive, state-supported university located outside of Irbid at Ar Ramtha region, in northern Jordan. JUST and the University of Jordan in Amman are considered to be the two premier institutions of higher education for engineering and medicine in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, although numerous other faculties and specializations are represented as well. As of the 2006/2007 academic year, JUST counted 717 faculty members, with 20,000 undergraduate and 1559 graduate students. At the present time, the university consists of 11 faculties providing 52 bachelor's degree and 95 postgraduate program.
