אוניברסיטת בר-אילן (Bar-Ilan University)

אוניברסיטת בר-אילן נוסדה בשנת 1955 ברמת גן ונקראה על-שם הרב מאיר בר-אילן, ממנהיגי הציונות הדתית. האוניברסיטה הוקמה כדי לקדם את הלימודים של מדעי היהדות והמדעים הכלליים לפי הגישה של "תורה עם דרך ארץ" וברוח היהדות האורתודוקסית.
Bar-Ilan University (BIU) is a university in Ramat Gan, Israel. Established in 1955, Bar Ilan is now Israel's second largest academic institution. It has nearly 26,800 students (including 9,000 students in its affiliated regional colleges) and 1,350 faculty members.

Burrows Wheeler Transform Difficult problems can often be simplified by performing a transformation on a data set. The Burrows-Wheeler Transform, or BWT, transforms a block of data into a format that is extremely well suited for compression. The BWT is an algorithm that takes a block of data and rearranges it using a sorting algorithm. The transformation is reversible, meaning the original ordering of the data elements can be restored with no loss of fidelity.
