Who are in the audience? Who are you going to address?
Select your content and write your speech
News first - refer to the beginning of your speech when you come to the end
Make slides - no wrong spellings or inconsistencies
Rehearse and prepare for a shorter speech than your time slot
Prepare the room and set up your equipment
