Le passeport du bénévole et la reconnaissance des acquis De nombreux bénévoles/volontaires apprécient l’opportunité qu’offre le volontariat de mettre en pratique des compétences existantes ainsi que d’en acquérir de nouvelles. La validation de l’apprentissage non formel et informel permet dans une large mesure de reconnaître les aptitudes et compétences. C'est ce que doit cautionner le passeport. The volunteer’s passport and recognition of their achievements Lots of volunteers appreciate the opportunity offered by voluntary work to put in practice their existing skills and to acquire new ones. The validation of non formal and informal learning allows to a large extent to recognise aptitudes and skills. The passport aims at officialising this.

On exige de plus en plus des bénévoles/volontaires en termes d’expérience, de formation et de soutien. Les organisations qui engagent des volontaires devraient donc être très attentives à la manière dont elles répondent à ces attentes. C'est dans ce sens que nous voulons réfléchir à un kit de formation simple et finançable. La formation Training There are more and more requirements from volunteer workers in terms of experience, training and support. The organisations which hire volunteers should pay attention to the way they meet such attempts. The simple and affordable training kit we have in mind should respond to these requirements.

Il est important de promouvoir le bénévolat/volontariat auprès des jeunes à travers la formation scolaire et extra scolaire. La promotion du volontariat dans le système éducatif et son intégration plus systématique dans les parcours de formation pourraient accroître l’engagement des jeunes. C'est ce que nous voulons faire en préparant des schémas d'intervention pratique dans les écoles. L'intervention dans les écoles Intervention in schools It is important to promote voluntary work by young people through school and extra-curricular training. The promotion of voluntary work in the educational system and its more systematic integration into the training path could increase involvement of young people. We want to reach this objective by preparing practical intervention patterns in schools.
