Kungliga Tekniska högskolan (KTH), på engelska Royal Institute of Technology, är ett statligt svenskt universitet i Stockholm med huvudsaklig inriktning på teknik och naturvetenskap. KTH är den största och äldsta tekniska högskolan i Sverige, bedriver omfattande utbildning av bland annat civilingenjörer och har en omfattande teknisk forskning.
Rektor är från 12 november 2007 Peter Gudmundson, professor i materialmekanik. Kung Carl XVI Gustaf är universitetets beskyddare.
The Royal Institute of Technology (Swedish: Kungliga Tekniska högskolan, abbreviated KTH) is a university in Stockholm, Sweden. KTH was founded in 1827 as Sweden's first polytechnic and is with TKK in Espoo, depending on definition, Scandinavia's largest institution of higher education in technology and one of the leading technical universities in Europe.

The primary objective of IOBB is to foster the advancement and exploitation of biotechnology and bioengineering for the benefit of mankind,
and through -
(a) enhancing interactions between institutes, commercial enterprises and individuals working in the area of plant, mammalian and microbial cell cultivation and processing; throughout the world and especially in developing countries;
(b) fostering the development in the use of biological materials for industrial purposes and the preservation of the ecological environment;
(c) fostering training courses, fellowships and cooperative research programmes amongst its members;
(d) arranging meetings, symposia and electronic seminars to ensure the dissemination of new or pertinent knowledge in the above fields; (e) organising international training programmes for scientists, technologists and engineers of all nations interested in the application of biological materials for commercial use and the preservation of the environment;
(f) working closing with other international and national organisations in the above fields, such as IUPAC, UNESCO, MIRCENs, WFCC, ICRO, UNEP, UNIDO, UNU, COBIOTECH and others
(g) maintaining Committees as may be appropriate for international cooperation and agreement;
(h) Development of a network of communication.
