What is P&G&U

What is it? P&G&U is a interactive online challenge for junior students. Who can participate? Junior university students. 1st and 2nd year bachelors What are the Prizes? Three teams will meet in Geneva, Western European P&G Headquarters, and get to know top P&G managers. We will cover the costs. One team will be offered an excellent P&G training of their choice in a holiday location: Zermatt (CH), Cote d’Azur (F), Costiera Amalfitana (IT)

What is P&G&U

What do I have to do? Sign up till March 14 on www.pguchallenge.com Create your team (3 to 5 students) and work together on a case study between March 15 and May 2 Choose one of the challenges on 3 major P&G brands: Head&Shoulders, Gillette and Ariel Get to know the market and the consumers Create your big idea on the selected challenge Along the way your team will be supported by a P&G manager who will help you with your challenge Three chosen teams will present their business plans to P&G top managers in Geneva headquarters

Gillette, more than a shaving brand? Could H&S be more personalized? Could Ariel be even greener? The 3 challenges Gillette, more than a shaving brand? Today Gillette is the supreme shave specialist, used by 600 million men all over the world, every day. Can we better serve the Western European consumers by offering them a full range of products design for men and the Brand all men know and appreciate? Could Gillette be the ultimate male grooming brand? What products could we all be using every day? What about design? How will you communicate with your target customer? And will your proposal make the finance department happy? Could Ariel be even greener? Ariel Excel Gel works at just 15 degrees Celsius. It saves energy. So how could you make the Ariel brand even more environmentally friendly? What technologies would you use? What about design? How will you compete with other increasingly environmental brands? Can you keep the consumer and the environmentalist happy? Could H&S be more personalized? We've all used Head & Shoulders to fight dandruff problems, it's an international mass-market success. But does a product that works for everyone appeal to everyone? In this age of personalization, what do consumers want to see personalized? The product or the way they use the product? The service? Prizes or loyalty perks? What else is there? How will you communicate these changes to your target market? And will the finance department like your proposal?
